The Chocolate

Patience is like chocolate: it's never enough
Christelle Heurtault

Chocolate is one of the most common and appreciated foods in the world. It arrived in Europe thanks to the Spaniards who conquered the lands occupied by Aztec populations, and for a long time it was considered a luxury that only rich and aristocratic people could afford. And until the 19th century, it was served exclusively as a drink. Today, instead, anyone can enjoy this treat. At Hodeidah's you can find refined toasted cocoa beans, used in the shop to prepare a sublime cocoa bean sprinkle from Ecuador coated with cocoa mass (100%). Also dragees are irresistible: they are much more than pralines or candies: coffee beans, hazelnuts, pistachios, almonds, ginger dices and strips or candied fruit coated with chocolate.
